Apply for A Grant
Autism Action Partnership leverages its support of Autism programs in Nebraska and southwest Iowa by offering grant awards to various projects that address challenges facing individuals diagnosed with Autism and/or promote awareness of the disorder. Please note that our ability to award grants for worthy community programs depends on the success of our own fundraising and, therefore, availability of funding fluctuates year to year.

Autism Action Partnership is seeking proposals for programs that serve individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and their families within Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Potentially funded proposals should address social, educational, vocational and recreational programming or intervention for people affected by ASDs, and/or educational programming for medical professionals, teachers or caregivers of ASD youth. We do not support basic research.

All applicants should describe a clear set of measurable outcomes and a plan for long-term financial viability. All proposals should demonstrate a capable staff and financial stability. Applicants are encouraged, though not required, to secure a minimum dollar-for-dollar grant or in-kind donation match for their requests.
To greater understand our funding process and projects that are good candidates for grant awards, see our overview sheet.

Applicants must complete our revised application and include a written narrative about their organization and proposed program outlined in the overview sheet. Both componants are required for funding consideration.
