This new Special Olympics athletic program for children ages 2 - 7 takes place every Saturday through May 2nd from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. at Easterday Recreation Center. Individuals with autism spectrum disorders qualify to be athletes in the Special Olympics. Siblings of athletes are encouraged to attend and participate, as well.
Please contact Kerry Zingg at kzingg@lincoln.ne.org or (402) 441-7877 to let her know what dates you plan to attend, as volunteer schedules need to be modified to fit the class size.
Participants may enroll at anytime but must fill out a registration and release form
Participation is free. T-shirts are provided.
